Display cases

Hello guys! I wanted to share this decoration idea too, as I find it very useful and quite pretty!
I used some pistons and levers to push the glass in place around the armour stand, as that doesn’t break the armour stand! You can simply place a glass block on top of the item frames without breaking it or any item inside. You can make a case like this any size to fit it into the space available!

Shelves

Hello everyone!
I wanted to add another picture from my friends’ house, as I thought you might like to know about this decoration trick too!
I decorated her bedroom with some more spruce trapdoors as you can use these as very cute shelves! just make sure you place the trapdoor at the top of a block, otherwise, you cant place anything on top of it.
If you want shelves closer together and don’t mind sacrificing some space for decorations, you can place the shelf above the first one on the bottom of the block, this won’t give you space for items, but it will certainly look very cute! I added in a few barrels to fill in the otherwise empty space!

Storage wall

Hello everyone!
I thought this might be a fun first post. I made this wall as a filler and decorative storage in a friends house! I used normal chests for this, along with barrels, bookcases and spruce trapdoors.
I added in an armour stand incase my friend wanted to display any armour, but this is optional, you can instead choose to add more storage if you like. I added similar walls in different parts of her house and I found a formula that works very well for me!
Add in as many barrels and chests as you like, leaving a few blocks of open space for the bookcases and making sure all the chests can be opened. Then simply fill in any leftover space with the bookcases and add a few trapdoors to add some texture and depth to the wall, I used them to “hide” a few of the barrels and chests and any open spaces that had to stay for a chest to open!
